Warm up: In cadence: 10 SSH, 10 Weed Pickers, 10 Tin Soldiers, 10 Bear Hugs

The Thang:

Rotation work.  5 stations, 1 pacer.  Each station has 2 exercises; alternate them til pacer back, and rotate.

Station 1: 10 chin-ups; 10 dips.

Station 2: 10 Wide merkins, 10 normal merkins, 10 diamond merkins

Station 3: 10 step-ups (5 each leg); 10 box-jumps

Station 4: 10 big boy sit-ups; 10 nut-busters

Station 5: 50 jump rope, 20 squats

Pacer: run to the bridge, across to the other end (but don’t go down the ramp).  Stop, do 5 burpees, run back, and have the group rotate stations.

We made it through 2 full rounds for everyone, then did a small mosey run before circling up.

Biscuit honeymoon.  Prayers for a great marriage.  Stovetop moving situation.  Sunshine kid(s) starting a new preschool today.
