0601 – After having dropped the kids on the bus for XC tournament in the middle of Cobb County. Had a little time on my hands venturing back to Shadow. Learned a few things along the way…..
- East Cobb is completely shut down until about 7.00 AM. Good luck finding gas, ice, beer, and or buying CMU blocks (“Coupons”). I dare say the Waffle House lights were on, but staff seemed a little light not a car in the parking lot.
- You can not buy beer prior 7.00 AM on Saturday in Cobb County and Sandy Springs, I guess this is State-wide Blue law striking again….
- And on positive note, the staff at the East Cobb Home Depot did let YHC buy some Coupons venture on down the road a little early (actually think they were open but surprised to have a customer at 6.10)
Upon my early arrival at the Shadow, Radar and Flip Phone greeted me to help unload all the toys for this morning’s beatdown. After sorting through battle ropes, jump ropes, bag of ice, beer, and pulling out several Coupons we strolled down to AO for the start. Set List – Journey Songs (Steve Perry era only)

- The Pax (OYO) mosey through Wynterhall with stop at every street corner for x5 BDE (burpe, boney blair, and squat = 1 BDE) at each corner. Route up Roberts, left into Wyntercreek Rd, R Wyntercreek dr, L on Meadowcreek dr, L Meadowcreek Ln. Rally in the Cul-De-Sa.
- Mary Rama – (5 rounds led by various Pax members). Heels to Heaven, Dunwoody Debbie, LBCs, low flutter, and one other (I can remmber).

- 5 rounds: All I say is Wreck Ralph finally got his Turkish Get Ups in. Leon has an interesting route around the circle. There were 5 rounds including mason twist, flutters, Heels Heaven, etc.
- Game ensues while Duck Duck Goose game is played
4 Stations (2-3 minute period at each station). Broker into groups
- Station 1: Alterating 10 over presses, then 10 chest presses. Keep on the Rinse & Repeat for the Period
- Station 2: Alternating Kettle Bells and Goblin Squats, 10 each. Keep on the the Rinse & Repeat for the Period
- Station 3: Alternating Batte Ropes & Jump Rope: 25 battle ropes (both arms), 25 jump ropes. Keep on Rinse & Repeat for the Period
