After some negotiations with Dubya, YHC who originally had Thursday, got slotted into the Q slot today (Tuesday), and Dubya moved to his very comfortable Thursday slot with some minor concessions that I am sure he will be working around. All I can say is that we are not going to St Lukes or Perimeter College, but I am sure my negotiations have landed us all somewhere more…….. well will see on Thursday.

Thang 2 – Coupons (Due to football practice, and travel time this portion of the BD got cut short)
After moseying next door to Vanderlyn with our Coupons, we did performed the following exercises:

- Big Boy Sit Ups, 30 oyo
Mini Run: Run down the street in front of Vanderlyn curl through playground, up the stairs, and back to the coupons in parking lot (.35-.40 mile loop)
- Curls, IC x 12
- Windshield Wipers, IC x 12

Repeat Mini Run again, recover, return coupons, mosey to Big Kitty
