Even though Suds left YHC out of the Greyhounds list on Slack, nevertheless I persisted and showed up to Q this mornings long run.
Warm up:
10 Hairy Rockettes, 10 Toy Soldiers i.c.
The Thang:
Go north on Chamblee Dunwoody to Roberts all the way to Northridge then turn right
Go on Northridge until we reached 2.5 miles then turn around and return to the Shroom

Chaingang took us out. Dubya is the Q at Shadow tomorrow, so expect some Iron PAX residuals in the beatdown!
