The Thang:
Mosey away from the flag, through the ball fields and all the way around the school after a brief pause where YHC busted my ass where the sidewalk has heaved a bit (largely unscathed). Continued in around and ultimately to the park path and to the pavilion with a stop for an 11. (stepups and dips).
mosey on away from the pavilion through the woods and out to the main park drive and all the way past the soccer fields to the rock pit.
here we all grabbed a little friend, some smaller than others (potential name change for HVAC to Pebbles).

There was some rotation to keep the PAX guessing and to poke fun at HVAC.
Put our rocks away and mosey back to the Pavillion. 10 incline Merkins. Mosey towards the flag with a stop for 10 more merkins. Mosey to the track, and 10 more incline Merkins.
